VINIFERA DAILY FACIAL OIL

Oils are a great additive for every skin care routine. Dry skin will thrive by adding oils at the end of the routine as it will lock in moisture and strengthen the moisture barrier.

Although it is a popular belief that oily skin types should stay away from oils, the use of oils can actually reduce oiliness. The skin sometimes attempts to overcompensate dryness by over producing sebums and oils, but adding oils to the skin will keep the skin moisturized and therefore, decrease oil production. 

Grapeseed Oil (Vitis Vinifera)

Grapeseed oil is the main ingredient in this serum for many reasons. This lightweight oil is high in antioxidants and is the perfect choice for sensitive and acne prone skin. Packed with vitamins E, D, and C, grapeseed oil serves as an amazing emollient for the skin that tightens the skin, treats acne, and provides a deep moisture without leaving the skin feeling greasy or clogging pores. 

Calendula infused oil

The calendula flower is undoubtedly one of nature's best remedies for all things skin. It is infused by hand before mixed in with the rest of the ingredients. Calendula oil treats irritated or inflamed skin, hyperpigmentation, redness, acne, eczema, wounds, and much more. It has also been proven to kill several strains of antibiotic resistant bacteria which in return reduces acne. 

Jojoba oil

This oil is most commonly known for its close resemble to the natural sebum produced by the skin. With its ability to balance excess oils, jojoba oil provides a rich moisture and fights off acne with its rich iodine content. In addition, jojoba oil is amazing for healing scars and relieving eczema. 

Argan oil

As one of the world's most luxurious oils, argan oil serves as a natural antioxidant and emollient due to its high content in squalene and vitamin E. It also does a phenomenal job at regulating the production of excess oil on the skin, which means it will moisturize the skin without clogging pores. The most popular feature of argan oil is its ability to repair damaged skin, such as scars, redness, and dry skin with its Vitamin E content. 

Vitamin E

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble antioxidant that is naturally occuring in the skin. As an antioxidant, Vitamin E has the capability to prevent UV-induced free radical damage to the skin. In this formula, Vitamin E is used to protect the product formulation from lipid peroxidation and protects the skin cells from adverse effects of free radicals. Other benefits of Vitamin E for the skin include reducing hyperpigmentation, moisturizing the skin, treating acne scarring, and reducing inflammation. 

Tea tree oil

Tea tree oil is a very popular remedy for common skincare issues such as acne and inflammation. Tea tree oil has a potent antiseptic ability, which means it can kill bacteria and fungi in the skin, thus reducing breakouts. Due to the fact that tea tree oil is extremely concentrated and can cause irritation if used alone, it is used in this formula at a very low concentration and diluted with moisturizing oils.

Tea Tree Oil is a strong essential oil that should not be used on the skin without being diluted first. Which is why we use it in our formula at less than 2%, because we care about your skin. 

Formulated without fragrance, parabens, or sulfates.

Use 2-3 drops, rub into hands, and press it into skin. Apply after cleansing and moisturizing. Use in morning and night routine.

Press into skin rather than rub to ensure the oils penetrate your skin.

Store in a dry and dark place to conserve the quality of the oils.

Apply under makeup for a subtle and healthy glow.
